THE ORIGIN 

As a formally established law firm, its origin dates back to 1997, when Antonio Raposo Subtil and Antonio Matos Esteves created a joint project, which was pursuit by the founding partner Manuel Ilhéu as well, building the foundations of an organizational structure based on values that continue to be the image of RSA.
 
RSA results from a project with over 10 years, whose spirit was to create a team of lawyers devoted to areas of integrated specialization allowing them to adapt their activities to the each time more demanding and complex requests, in order to meet the full satisfaction of its clients’ interests. Supported in a sustained organic growth, RSA counts with the permanent cooperation of over 30 lawyers who form a cohesive team, offering a complete and integrated service to their clients in various law areas, with particular focus on litigation, hiring, real estate, investment funds, banking, tourism and intellectual property.

Supported in different areas of action, always under a partner’s coordination, RSA bets on continuous training, through presence-based training or online forum, ensuring a multidisciplinary cooperation of its lawyers, in order to find more appropriate and efficient answers to each client.  
 
Through the Web access (Virtual Office), lawyers and clients can access directly and for free to the centralized virtual attending service, process sheets, communication forum and legal database.  
 
The management of all documents scanned and indexed to the case sheets, allows a rapid, efficient integrated response to all questions asked by our clients.  
 
The establishment and development of practice areas allows the research work, consulting and full representation of our clients interests, supported in the publishing of several opinion articles and technical books.
